Frequently asked questions

What is BundlHQ?

A SaaS platform for restaurant and QSR chains to manage their master menu, price items per sales channel, plan and cost promotional campaigns, measure them against real POS sales, and publish menus to delivery aggregators — in one place.

Who is it for?

Multi-site restaurant and QSR chains. The main users are marketing and brand managers who plan promotions, finance teams who sign off the numbers, and ops or menu managers who own the catalogue.

What does it cost?

Pricing details are being finalised — contact us and we'll walk you through it.

How is my data kept secure and separate from other brands?

Every customer is a separate tenant with an isolated workspace and its own users, and data access is enforced at the database level.

Which delivery aggregators are supported?

BundlHQ publishes menus — not orders or delivery. Aggregator support differs per platform and the list is growing, so talk to us about the platforms you use and where each integration stands.

Does BundlHQ handle orders or delivery?

No. BundlHQ does menu management only — creating, updating and publishing menus, prices, modifiers, availability and images. It does not handle orders, delivery, store operations or customer communications.

Which POS systems does it work with?

BundlHQ imports POS sales data from Excel workbooks, mapped by column heading rather than position — so a new POS export format needs no code change, and your per-tenant mappings are remembered.

How does costing work?

You give items recipes; each item then carries a real cost calculated per service mode — eat-in, take-away or delivery — because the recipe and packaging differ by mode. Margins are always calculated on the price excluding VAT, using your tenant's VAT rate.

How does onboarding work?

Onboarding is a configuration exercise, not a code project. You pick a country pack (currency, VAT, locale, public holidays), define your channels, and import your stores and menu from Excel workbooks.

Can we run more than one brand or market?

Yes. Each brand is its own tenant with its own currency, VAT rate, language, country and margin thresholds, and a user can belong to multiple tenants and switch between them.

Can we forecast a campaign's return before running it?

Yes — that's the Business Case. You enter expected incremental units and BundlHQ shows sales impact, gross-margin impact, break-even units and an ROI multiple against the promo cost. After the campaign, the Performance tab compares it to real sales.

Do you have AI features?

Yes — an "Ask your data" assistant lets you ask about your menu and campaigns in plain language. The AI interprets the question; BundlHQ computes every number with its own engines, so the figures match the reports.
